While most things about this hotel were acceptable and about what was expected we were very disappointed by the size of the room. It was described as a ’Superior double', but was a glorified single at most. To get to one side of the bed was a squeeze through a very small gap and the bed was a 4 foot which was trying to sleep in for a couple at best. This is London, but you would expect more for the cost.

This place was not as clean as I expected, regarding all the photos including on this website. The rug in the room and in the corridors was very filthy and quite used. Plus, there was a moldy smell near the rooms. Noted that amenities were out of order, this was not a very welcoming place

比較老舊 房間也很小 隔音也不太好 入住的時候酒店系統沒有及時更新 給了別人已經入住的房間 又不得不下樓重新辦理房間入住 但前台的態度還可以

Very good location and near the underground. Some of the staff was very helpful, but some of the stuff seemed abrupt and bothered. Not necessarily unhelpful, but just without any cheer at all. The restaurant had good food, but there was no bar so you couldn’t sit and mingle with the other lodgers. I did feel like I was in a safe area

During our stay the lift was in service so we hv to climbed up the staircase to our htl room. The hotel staffs were so helpful to assist with our luggages. Other than that all ok 👍🏻

Very average hotel for the huge cost! The gym was out of service. I was due to stay at the hotel opposite which is a much better value for money.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. It's very conveniently situated and generally reasonably priced, certain areas are looking a little tired in all the rooms I've stayed in but overall...I keep going back .

Stayed for one night. I checked in very late and the staffs are nice. They led me to the room. Room is clean and quiet. Wonderful!

Near to Earls Court tube station.Average room size.Has a restaurant.relaxing lobby area.Luggage storage for a few hours. Accommodating and friendly staff.
